Michael Miller leads the Employment Law Group. Mr. Miller has a background in law enforcement and its labor associations giving him practical in-the-field experience with employer/employee issues. Because of his experience, professionalism, and outstanding results, Mr. Miller was invited to join the prestigious American Board of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Miller has litigated Labor Law matters throughout Northern California in both state and federal courts.
Scott Lewis became an attorney in 1990 after a successful career as a Deputy Sheriff for the County of Sonoma. He is currently an adjunct faculty member at Santa Rosa Junior College and has for many years provided training seminars to numerous business and professional organizations on labor law issues. Mr. Lewis currently represents the California Teachers Association and teachers throughout the North Bay in employment-related issues. Mr. Lewis has also litigated employment law cases throughout the North Bay in both state and federal courts.
