Professional Experience

Mr. Rineberg joined the firm in 2021 and has 10 years of experience as a litigation and trial paralegal. Since 2021 his focus has been on long-term care and complex litigation . In May of 2025 Mr. Rineberg was admitted to the California bar and started his practice as an attorney. His extensive experience and skill as a paralegal inform his practice and enables him to provide tenacious and meticulous defense of his clients.

Education and Memberships

Mr. Rineberg holds a Juris Doctorate from Empire College School of Law, where he received awards for his outstanding work in the Elder Law Clinic and Family Law Clinic. Mr. Rineberg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy-Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside, where his studies focused on ethics and creating a more equitable justice system.

Mr. Rineberg is admitted to practice in the State of California, Federal Northern District of California, and Federal Eastern District of California.

Community Involvement

Mr. Rineberg and his family moved to Sonoma County in 2016. They have established deep roots on their micro ranch, where they raise sheep, chickens, and ducks.

Mr. Rineberg’s unwavering commitment to ethics and justice drives him to advocate for equality and fairness. He collaborates with the local community on pressing issues including environmental justice, preserving open spaces and creating parks for everyone.
