Sexual Assault Victims’ Rights
Our Sexual Assault Victims’ Rights team possesses extensive experience with the criminal justice system, civil court system and litigation, victim’s advocacy, working with victims and their therapeutic teams, and handling all aspects of public and media relations when applicable. As former criminal prosecutors and current criminal and civil litigators, our team has successfully handled complex and difficult cases and jury trials. Our team provides compassionate representation and zealously advocates for and protects survivors of sexual assault.
We have strong relationships with prosecutors, judges, law enforcement, the media, and support organizations which allow us to best advise survivors on how to strategically handle their cases and ensure they are protected, and that justice is served. It is important to note that all sexual assault survivors have a statutory right to have their identities remain confidential in both criminal and civil settings. Our experienced team zealously protects that right.
Our team provides representation for all stages of both criminal and civil investigations and lawsuits:

- General advice on what to expect in a criminal or civil investigation
