One and the Same Order "OATS"

Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz LLP offers the unique service of One and the Same Person Court Order “OATS” Orders for Declaratory Relief Applicants for jure sanguinis (bloodline) Italian citizenship, are required to produce many documents, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death certificates.

Often, these vital records present name or date discrepancies. Such discrepancies must be corrected by a Court order, often referred to as a “One and the Same” order.  This order cures inconsistencies in vital records by presenting documentary evidence to the Court to resolve the discrepancies in the documents. 

We have successfully brought these Petitions throughout California.  Through our services, our clients have been able to obtain jure sanguinis citizenship and enjoy its benefits.
