Ms. Fortino Dickson joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in February 2026. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced plaintiff’s personal injury litigation in the greater North Bay.

Education and Memberships

Gina received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Sonoma State, and a Juris Doctorate from Empire School of Law in 2021. She became licensed to practice law in 2022. Ms. Fortino Dickson is admitted to practice in all California courts and the Northern District of California. She is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, California Women Lawyers Association, Sonoma County Women in Law and the Association of Lawyers Defending Business.

Ms. Fortino Dickson has been named a Super Lawyer, Rising Star, for 2026.

Community Involvement

Ms. Fortino Dickson serves as an appointed member, and Chair, of the Sonoma County Commission on the Status of Women. She also serves as Planning Commissioner for the Town of Windsor and is formerly a Park and Recreation Commissioner. Prior to moving to Sonoma County, Ms. Fortino Dickson was an elected council member in the City of Clearlake. She has experience working with the County of Sonoma in the Emergency Operations Center during several emergency response events, including the 2019 Kincade Fire. And continues to work with organizations and programs to foster emergency preparedness.
