Professional Experience
Ms. Sareen joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz as a law clerk in April 2025, and then continued as an associate in May 2026. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a paralegal specialist at the U.S. Attorney’s office in San Francisco, and during law school she was a summer associate at Rojas Family Law in Sacramento. Ms. Sareen is also a Notary Public.
Education and Memberships
Ms. Sareen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International and Area Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and holds her Juris Doctorate from UC Law SF (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Ms. Sareen received a CALI Award in Family Law and was a 1L-3L representative for the Family Law Student Association. She also externed at Legal Services for Children where she earned a Child Advocate Certificate Award for excellence in commitment to juvenile law and child advocacy. Ms. Sareen served as a senior staff editor for UC Law SF’s Journal on Gender & Justice, and her article, “Reviving the Greenbook in the Context of Failure to Protect: Assessing Risk of Harm in Domestic Violence Situations to Best Assist Battered Mothers and Their Children”, was published in the journal’s winter 2024 issue.
Community Involvement
Ms. Sareen is a member of the Sonoma County Bar Association and Barristers Club. She is a long-time policy advocate and volunteer for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). In her spare time, Ms. Sareen enjoys spending time with her amazing family and German Shepherd Shar Pei, Tonka, gaming with her son, David, competing in Warhammer 40k tournaments, playing pool, and going to live music and sports events.
