Professional Experience

After earning his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 2011, Mr. Blake began his legal career as a special victim’s prosecutor, before accepting an assignment to the appeals bureau at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. His experience includes being the lead attorney in numerous felony trials and providing oral arguments before the Appellate Division, Second Department.

In addition to his experience as an attorney, Mr. Blake taught Government, Critical Thinking and developed the Mock Trial Program at St. Vincent de Paul High School, whose team went on to compete at the State Championship in its first season.

Education and Memberships

Prior to law school, Mr. Blake was awarded the prestigious Martha Hutchins McKeon Fellowship and pursued a PhD in Philosophy at Syracuse University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, graduating with High Honors from Hofstra University.

Mr. Blake is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
