Garrison F. Boyd
Mr. Boyd’s practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation and business law, structured finance and distressed investments, and trust and estate litigation.

Experience
Mr. Boyd joined Perry Johnson Anderson Miller & Moskowitz LLP in January 2022 as part of its structured finance and distressed investments practice group. Mr. Boyd represents clients in the financial services industry in both Sonoma County and around the country.
Previously, Mr. Boyd worked as a staff attorney for Legal Aid of Sonoma County serving indigent and low-income clients in matters concerning landlord-tenant law, eviction defense, and mobile-home residency law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Boyd spent over a decade as a professional musician alongside various national-level touring acts.
Education
Mr. Boyd received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School in 2018. There, he participated in a clinical program as a Rule XX student attorney as part of the Tulane Criminal Justice Clinic. Mr. Boyd provided representation to indigent criminal defendants, offered services to individuals seeking post-conviction relief, and defended against petitions for civil confinement for individuals found not guilty by reason of insanity.
Mr. Boyd received his B.A. in Political Science with Highest Distinction from California State University, Chico.
Mr. Boyd is currently admitted to practice law in California.
