Our land use and development practice includes all aspects of permitting, development and construction of residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, shopping centers and master planned communities. We focus our efforts on streamlining and facilitating the permitting, development and financing of projects. In addition, we are very experienced in litigation regarding land use matters and have represented clients in state and federal courts, including appellate matters before the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of California.
We have substantial experience in regard to zoning, general and specific plans, development agreements, subdivision approvals, condominium development and representation of home owners associations. Our attorneys are accustomed to regularly appearing before a variety of governmental agencies related to the governmental processing of development projects and code enforcement. Our experience includes local, regional, state and federal agency regulatory compliance.
