Estate Planning/Probate
Our estate plan practice group provides a full range of estate planning services to assist clients in passing on their estates with a minimum of cost, delay and adverse tax consequences. Our services include all aspects of estate planning, from the initial creation and implementation of the estate plan before death to the administration of the estate (through probate or trust administration) after death.
Typical estate plans include wills, revocable trusts, health care directives, and powers of attorney. More sophisticated estate plans may include irrevocable trusts and family limited partnerships. Our clients range from young couples with minor children to retired business executives and owners with substantial real estate and business holdings.
Our estate planning group is led by Malcolm Manwell and Roger Illsley, each with over 25 years of experience, and a dedicated and professional support staff.
