Malcolm Manwell leads the firm’s Business Law Group. Mr. Manwell has counseled individuals, public and private business entities for over 25 years. He has also litigated in court and jury trials, business, real estate, trusts and estates and family law matters.
Burton H. Fohrman has decades of national and international business law experience. His clients include multinational corporations, governments, and investors with financial interests in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Attorney Fohrman has previously served as a resident partner in two of the world’s foremost multinational firms. He has been a resident partner practicing business law in London, Hanoi, and Tokyo.
In March, 2010, Jeremy Olsan was voted the “Best Attorney”, Sonoma County”, by the readers of the North Bay Bohemian Newspaper. He represents clients involved in multi-million dollar real estate and business transactions, construction transactions, as well as all matters related to real estate and business formation, for-profit and not-for-profit governance. He has also litigated business, real estate, construction, commercial landlord/tenant matters.
Roger Illsley is a Sonoma County native who has decades of experience with real estate, corporate, business, and trust matters. Mr. Illsley has also been on the faculty of Empire College of Law for more than 20 years, teaching classes in Commercial Law and Contracts.
